Indian Night @ Asian Extension

Happy birthday to me...

I am officially 23.

Saturday night, we had Indian Night right here in Hillsong Asian Extension Service. A lot of people came. Some of our classmates - Ada, Kim, Oliver came as well and they had so much fun. My housemates - Lydia and Joanna did an Indian dance. The girls did great! They have been practicing hard at home. Shaun and Gigi tried to imitate the girls dance which failed epic-ly!! Try harder boys! We had another performance by a girl from an Indian church. Man...she is good!! I think she must be a professional.

It was the Yeap's residence for hangout after service last night. We were craving for pancakes but too lazy to drive all the way into the city. Phil, Val, Joe and Krystle decided to go to Woolies to buy some pancake mix and ice cream to make our very own version of Pancakes at the Yeaps rather than Pancakes at the Rocks.

To make the night more interesting, Shaun, Dan, Krystle, Joe, Phil and I ended up playing RISKs till like just 1:30 a.m. I would usually play with Joe and Dan but since we have more people tonight, the game turn out to be far more interesting and challenging.I did very well with my troops until Phil ruin my plan. Grrr....I'll try harder next time.

As for last night, we also had a bonfire in the Brinsdens to celebrate Steph's and my birthday. Roasting marshmallows, lying under the clear dark sky with tons of stars while chit chatting was part of the deal. The bonfire kept us warm throughout the night. All the uncles and aunties would hangout in the house while the younger ones like us would just chill outside. Both Steph and I had to make a speech. I received from pressies from Carol, Krystle's mom and from somebody that I have no idea who he or she is. It must be God's angel.
