Happy 2010

Many of us would hear this phrase "New year, new beginnings". I really do hope that as all of us embark into 2010, this phrase would be fulfilled. Well, at least I know that I've fulfilled 1% of it; that is to start blogging again. I hope at my very best that I am able to keep this alive and write out my thoughts and things in my heart.

Being able to spend Boxing day and the New Year in Hong Kong is truly a blessing. I was reminded how life would be if it was different; how would it be if I had taken the other path instead. Would I be here in Hong Kong? Would I get to meet so many wonderful people that has shared their experiences with me and bless my life in the conference? Would I get this bonding time that I had with some of the youth that does not know me at all? And would I get to count down and spend the New Year with Sammi Cheng? All these things would not come to pass. These are the blessings that I am grateful and able to count each day in my life.

On the first day of New Year, do you have anything to be thankful for? I believe that some of you might say that you have none right after reading that question. Well, why don't you take some time to ask yourself that and search for the answer deep down inside of you. If you still don't have any, be thankful that you are still alive and still have the opportunity to make something out of your life.
