I have been listening to this song the whole day for the past few days. This song is entitled "More and More" by Paradise Live and it really ministered to me. It is a really short song but it is very powerful. As I meditate on this song, it really reminded me that all of us need God greatly. The 'us' that I am talking about is not just Christians but the non-christians well. All Of us need Him. There are many people out there that are finding things to satisfy the longing the emptiness deep inside of them. People get into relationships that are not lasting because they are afraid of being lonely and have the mindset that being in a relationship; having another partner will bring them to cloud 9 where all problems will disappear. Some would go clubbing and drink all night long or till they are drunk so that they would forget all the problems around them / loneliness that they have. There are also people out there that do silly things such as doing a bike racing; doing all sorts of stunts with their bikes, taking drugs, sleeping around, stealing, robbing and even killing. This is what the world has become.
Each day if we do not yearn and long for God more and more we would ended up loving the things of the world. The Bible did tell us not to love the things of the world for we are just passing by. Furthermore, God is all we need. He is our answer to every problem, every issue that we are facing. He is the One to fill the emptiness and our loneliness. What more can we ask?? He will be our answer if we seek Him.
