One of the biggest lesson I've learned for the past couple of weeks is to never judge a book by its cover. Pondering on this phrase, I realized how silly I was. How easily influenced I am by other people's opinion and thoughts about other people. In a way or another, I kind of regret listening to other people. Not that their opinions is wrong; it's just what they think. It is my mistake to listen to other people than my own heart; and how quickly I jump into conclusion about who they are. Knowing and spending more time with a person makes you realize that he or she is not that bad after all. It is not as bad as you think.
It is truly a big lesson for me to learn because it will definitely hurt the people around you. Know the people around you more. Do not judge or jump into conclusion that they are bad or they are too good to be true. You will never know who that person is until that person allow you to be in their life; until they open up to you.
Now, I hope that I will no longer make this same mistake.
