I was supposed to try out the blueberry muffin recipe earlier because I will be teaching the homeschool kids this coming Friday. Been so busy and having so much in hand, I am only able to do it this weekend. The last time I tried baking muffins, I failed miserably. Even though the comments given to me were good (just because they like cheese) but it does not look like a muffin at all! Therefore, I am quite nervous actually.
The mixture. Praying hard that it will turn out well.
Tada.....it came out just nice and it taste good too! I am so glad it turn out well and I can't stop baking them. Hahaha. I gave some to Kenji and he loves it because he kept on wanting more. Well, I shall not be too happy about it first. Let the usual suspects try them out later today and let's see what the feedbacks will be.
