Homemade Roasted Pork Noodles
Marcus (my Ah kor) sent me the link to look at his recent photos and guess what he was doing? He was cooking and of all things, he was making SIU YUK (Roast Pork)! As a matter of fact, he did a pretty good job. Not sure how it taste but it looks good. He may be thousand of miles away but he is still my sources of accomodation and free meals when I visit him in Melbourne next year. HEE HEE.
