South Side Seafood Restaurant @ Subang

South Side Seafood restaurant is one of my favorite seafood restaurant. Located near the old Subang airport, this place is swarm with people in the evening. It may seem impossible to find a table due to the crowd but it is not difficult at all. I love this place because the seafood is fresh and you are given the privilege to choose and pick what you want. The price is alright though there are certain seafood that just doesn't worth the money. It all depends on what you order.

I personally do not fancy oysters due to the smell and the slimy texture but a friend of mine loves it.

Fresh oysters

Salted egg yolk mantis prawn: simply delicious!

Thai styled chicken: It looks like a normal roast chicken but the treasure is hidden underneath it. The sweet, spicy and sour sauce gives you an even more bigger appetite!

Fried rice: It's yummy but a little bit too pricey.

Baked escargot: MY FAVORITE! Simply irresistible and cheap! (Highly recommended)

Yin & Yang styled Hong Kong Kai Lan: my favorite vege! The crispy Kai Lan leafs melt in your mouth while the stir fried Kailan is so crunchy to chew on.

Mantis prawn: The shell are heavy and not that much meat. Not worth ordering because you pay for the shell rather than the meat.

Satisfied customers

The funny thing about this restaurant is that each time we thought of going there for a meal, it is always on a rainy day. Coincidence or not, I don't know. Rain or shine, it doesn't stop it! Think about it, I feel like having some escargot now. Wanna join me? :P
