Sidney is back in KL and this time he is in DUMC together with his band. I thought of not going at first but Sidney tweeted and says that I better make sure he sees me there. It was pouring on this particular Friday evening which means traffic is going to be bad! Lo and behold, I was right. Traffic leading to PJ seems to be horrendous. Alternative route is a big no no either. Receive a phone call from a few youth who missed their ride in church asking me to pick them up. We reach PJ at about 8ish. Looking for a parking around DUMC is difficult since we were late. I accidentally reverse my car and hit the car behind but thank God no damage. When I finally found a parking spot, my shoes and jeans was practically soaking wet. Nevertheless, I had an awesome time of just worshiping the Lord and just be in His presence.
Sidney taught a new song by Israel Houghton - Jesus Be the Center of it All. It was truly a strong and powerful song. Singing the words out is difficult as many of times He is not the center of our lives. To declare that statement is definitely a serious commitment.
Did some catching up with Sidney backstage thanks to Ps. Gilbert whom I met for the very first time despite knowing each other through tweeter. Also manage to meet up with Larry from Canaanland - an awesome brother and also met up with Ps. Gwen.
Can't wait to go to JPCC in Jakarta. It is definitely in one of my to-do list.
