Last Saturday was the Forte audition. I had the privilege to be one of the judge to audition all the contestant. We went to PappaRich for lunch during our break. This place is available nationwide. I think PappaRich is one of the competitors for Old Town only with more variety and more expensive. I label them as the high class mamak. You pretty much pay RM4.90 or so for a glass of ice lemon tea while you can get them for the price of RM1.50 or so in the normal mamak stalls. So if you fancy a mamak fully air-conditioned then this is the place to be (that is if you don't mind the price)

Pumpkin bun

Peanut butter toast

Ice Lemon Tea

Iced milo

Naan with curry sauce

Cendol

Dried Curry noodles

Chicken chop fried rice

Curry laksa
Whenever I dine here, I usually go for the Ipoh hor fun with chicken or just the plain steamed chicken. Despite being steamed, I find it a little too oily for my liking. This time I tried the curry laksa. Though I must say, I personally still prefers the curry laksa from Canoodling. This particular curry laksa lacks taste. My favorite drink here would be the Organic Soy Milk. It is a blended drink and I love the fact that no sugar is added into it. The steam bread is fresh and soft. Suitable for kids.
