Being a Korean food lover, Eli and I went to Twins Korean Restaurant; one of our favorite here in KL. Located in the Korean Village in Ampang. Here you won't be able to find the usual korean bbq for they only serve the home cook dishes like bibimbap, dukbuki, kim chi jige and others. The price is cheap and reasonable. The range is between RM10 - RM 15 while the snacks cost between RM3 - 10. There are not much variety for drinks, free flow of water is given to every customer. The owner and the waiters don't speak very good english so language could be a barrier for some. As for me, I don't have much problem when it comes to ordering and paying. Just show them the what you want from the menu and they can understand you perfectly.

Whether you order noodles, rice cake, soup or rice, you will be served with korean side dish. If you want more, just ask them to refill them and they'll be happy to do it.
Side Dish:

Radish Kim Chi

Picked radish

Spinach in sesame seed and sesame oil

Fried egg with sausage

Kim Chi
Main dishes:

Bibimbap: Add as much sauce as you like. It's smells and taste really good!

Egg soup: Clear broth that preserves the flavor of the egg with a little spring onions.

Sun Du Bu Ji Ge: My favorite soup! Spicy enough (not too spicy) filled with loads of spring onions, egg, pork and radish. (Highly recommended!)

Fried rice cake: A korean snack. Got to eat it fresh. When it is cold, it is no longer crispy.

Kimbap: It is made on the spot whenever you order it. The sesame oil gives a very nice aroma and texture to the seaweed and rice.
Alll in all, this Korean restaurant is still top on my list. I don't really like korean bbq because I smell like grease after the meal. But this on the other hand is simple and perfect. Give it a try the next time you are in Ampang.
